This is E.T. as you guessed. This guy stands about 2 feet tall! To top it off, he was made by Regal. Regal also made other Lucas creatures as the rare Jawa Plushes & the 36" Chewbacca Stuffed animal.
E.T. is quite dark compared to the way he was in the movie. But this figure also has skin wrinkles around his legs and tummy, exactly like the E.T. from the movie! It is also unknown if the button belongs with E.T., but it looks good though :).More pictures (no its not my dog)
