This is a extrodinary item! The artwork is original and depicts the charchter "Chef". This charachter was probably going to be made (and I don't know when), but never was since he is kinda lame. The orginal artwork you see was going to be placed on his backer card for all Joe collectors to see. Sadly he never was made and could have been a great addition to the Gi-Joe line.
