This is Machine Robo Series C-15 MIB. The knock-off Flip-Top here is from the2nd series. I do think that all 2nd series were offered MIB and the first series as well. The box is layed out just like the Machine Robo version. The front shows the bot in robot form, and the other side vehicle form. Also the number "C-15" is proudly displayed.     The figure of C-15 is a much lighter blue and has a black visor. The name C-15 does not appear on his markings, just Made in Taiwan.
