This is Niddler in a Stuffed Plush form. It is fully licensed by Hanna-Barbera in 1991. It was produced by Nanco, who did a really good job. Niddler Measures roughly 10" and has poseable wings. I do not know how this toy was sold. I do know though that I saw one back in 1991 in a crane machine, which I couldn't get and have been looking years fo. Also noticing it has a yellow hanger on his head, this piece was probably a prize give away at carnivals or theme parks & crane machines. A larger version was also produced.

Story Time! I saw one of these small ones, actually a couple, at a local arcade. Sadly enough, they were IN the crane machine. Now, unlike crane machines of the 80's were there was NO time, and you can tap the little red button...and the crane would slowly go down (You controlled how far down you want before it goes up.). I mean you can literally drag stuffed animals over to the pit, and even knock some in.....aaahhh...memories.

Now, the machines suck, the grabber has no strength to hold on to the toy and the toys suck. I knew this, and blew $8 trying to get that Niddler....and never did. That was the last I saw of them for years!
