Strant was supposed to be one of the 10 unproduced f igures for the 2nd Series of PODW. The character is one of Bloth's faithful pirate crew. The character itself started off with two arms in the animated series but l later got two more.     The toy itseld has the opposite story to tell. The original catalog showing shows Strant with 4 arms and boasts his multi-arm feature. This figure has only two arms and at the shoulder were the other arms are supposed to attach, it has been cleaned up and detailed. My only hypothesis is Hasbro wanted these figures out and made adjustments to keep costs down, which still failed to have this 2nd assortment released.
