This piece was originally was unproduced. But it was produced in Argentina by the Josca company! The toy is quite large actually. It is a very nice piece with a mailbox that Sweetchuck can hide in, and a phone booth that turns into a jail cell. The playset is on wheels and the street sign actually spins a little.

The stickers that come with the set are written in English. You can choose between Vine St, Hollywood, Plum St., and Santa Ana. I suspect that kenner actually made molds of this piece and sold them to Josca along with the other molds. It is possible that other unproduced toys were produced by Josca, but we doubt it.
