This is Kenner's "Toy Center" store display for Silverhawks toys. It is double sided and made in relief form on one side. It is about 2 feet long. The picture is grainy, so the display looks beat up (when it is not). The silver in the costumes also look worn, they actually are not. Its is quite hard to get a good picture of this display. Toy Center is a concept cooked up by Kenner folks. The idea was used for all Kenner toys, mainly Star Wars. This sign was placed high enough that kids can see it from across the store whatever department they were in. But most store's did not get the Toy Center display. The only stores that did were ones that bought a large shipment of that specific toy.
