Packrat is a recolor of RatTrap, and Fractly and recolor of Terrorsaur. Both Beast War figures were produced in a two pack. Only 600 two packs were produced but only 570 Fractly were produced. At the end of the show, the Packrat's alone in box were sold off. A comic was included that goes with the figures. Also do note that the weapons fall out of the packages pretty easily. Some sets even sold were missing parts of guns etc.
