This is the varirant Blue Cliffjumper which has only surfaced in the Netherlands, Mexico, and other northen European countries. We are unsure why they not only chose to produced a red version, but also a blue version. The figure is on a Mexican card and is produced by IGA. It is fully licensed by Hasbro and Takara. Many other variations have appeared from Netherlands / Mexico. It is still a bit unknown why the Netherlands received these Mexican pieces. More have surfaced from Netherlands, than from Mexico.
