Stepper is a repainted Jazz with a additional Targetmaster. The targetmaster is Nightstick from Cyclonus. Jazz though is beautifully recolored in black and gold with flames. Also included is a small accessor that holds the targetmaster onto his shoulder. This piece is one of the most demanded Japanese Transformers. It is rare, but not has rare as it is hyped up to be.
