The Japanese S.T.A.R.S. has different artwork than the regular worldwide released one. The Japanese S.T.A.R.S. Distribution is unknown to me, and probably was a mail away. The set was just the display, it did not come with iron on patches or certificates. It unfolds well and is quite sturdy.
