This the Autobot Agent Jazz! Jazz was issued only in 1984-1985 and was also a mail-away premium in 1986 from Hasbro & in 1985 for Cookie Crisp . This is the Cookie Crisp variant! You can tell based upon that the doors do not carry the "Martini" sticker on them. A tough piece to find! He also comes with black & white tech specs
