Ultraforce was a comic book company that started off with great expectations. From these comics of the early 90's came a toyline from Galoob. Only the 1st series was ever produced before the line died. A 2nd series was ready to go, but was never produced.     Pictured here is Prime Evil. He is a hardcopy and handpainted.
