This piece was a mail-away offer. The offer slip could be found in any boxed laser beast box from Japan. This piece is actually quite rare, and yet was offered to anyone. Laserbeasts were the last line and was not a grand hit in Japan. It seems nobody bothered to mail away for this version. Skull Grotess is included but carries no gun. The drill though has different colors than the Chrome or Maroon Drill's. It is Yellow with grey treds, red drill and baby blue handle bars. This piece is one of the toughest pieces to obtain.
