The Sunburst Lion was offered in the Japanese 10-Pack that came with the Clear Gator. You would either get a Clear Gator or the Lion. The box artwork is well detailed and quite cool. You would also get the right halve of the Stone Tablet, which if you got the other side from the Blazing Eagle Playset, you could mail-out for the Stone Cobra.
