Pictured above in the unproduced Mandarr action figure from the Photon series. The figure is a hardcopy but not made of resin. He is hand painted and does not have any working parts. He has gone through a lot and does carry wear. He carries a different paint scheme than the Mandarr pictured in Toy Fair on the playset. This one feels to be a older person and has one leg exposed. Early merchandise items show this version of Mandarr and it seems to be the 1st version which was chnaged later on. Missing is his helemt and probably one other accessory. He is the Renegade Photon Warrior, Kevin.
