Loo-Kee was produced int he 3rd and final series of She-Ra. He is uncommon to find for a third series figure. He was released mainly in Europe and Canada. In US packages he is quite tough to find. The accessories he has were two light blue combs. Loo-Kee action feature was to be rolled forward, and his eyes would spin around and around.
