This is an animation cel of Shredder from the animated TV series. This actually is a good pose too:) Do rememeber that Toys R'us did have Cel's in 1995 for $9.99 each. But most of them were awkward shots or misc. characters. This Cel I would boldly say is one of the better cel's that the studio, animator or gallery would recieve. Desprately needs a backgroun though.
