These knock-off's seem to be produced around 2002 (give or take a few years). They are referred to as "Poorly Painted" or "PP" because they are some of the crappiest knock-off's that have surfaced. This actually is what makes these so special and cool in their own way.     The figures are exact copies of the LJN original toys but horrible plastic. The paint scheme for Lion-O is beyond ridiculous with his buck teeth and tiny eyes. The figure amazingly enough comes with a sword and glove.     The "PP" figures came packaged in bags with stapled header cards as seen below.
