Produced in the mid 80's by Maycrow, this piece is a North American version of the "Eletrix", but not under the Transformers name. I feel this could be knock-off of the original produced of these robots since its header is "Trans-Robot" in the exact copy of Transformers lettering and colors. Not to mention the backround grid is decieving to parents and children as well. The toy has slight differences than the Transformers Eletrix. The Remtoe Control is wider and varies in desgin. The stickers on the car and probably the color are different. This piece still is nice and tough to find.
