This piece was only offered in 1985 at Dairy Queen. I'am unsure how it was packed (probably bagged) and how it was offered (Probably Kids Meal). This piece is quite tough to locate and is as rare as the St. Louis McDonalds Transformer exclusives.

The toy has no markings and was based off the G1 toy. If you look hard you can see this and also he is missing his hands. On the back side you can see many stickers that were placed on him by some child. It measures 2" 1/2 inches tall. A picture of a bagged one would be appreciated!
