Its very sad to see fakes hitting the market. Fakes range from Tangible pieces like Painted Blu Bluestreaks, to computer altered pieces hat are only speculation on the internet.
It is also very hard to prove a item is fake. You cannot really even say with complete 100% that a piece is fake this early in Transformer collecting. The reason is because that no knowledge of G1 prototypes exists or the methods used for testing. Many Tangible fakes could already be floating around with no way to prove them real or bogus. Only time will tell when Hasbro opens up like Kenner did on Star Wars... The only methods I can apply is logic and Star Wars prototype testing. In other words, not much to go on.
