This piece came from Vancouver Canada, and was produced every where else. The figure was produced in 1998 and is quite well made. It is the same size and transforms the same way as the regular Blitzwing. There are no Die-Cast parts, and no alterations to the design. He comes with all his regular weapon, and to our delight, the card present new Blitzwing artwork!
