This is the Autobot Time Warrior. It was offered as one the first mail-away Transformer exclusives. This item actually is quite rare. Take for
granted it is LCD and is from 1984.
Also taking part in its rarity of what it cost. To get one Time Warrior, you needed 6 robot points and $10 (ok +$1 Shipping). Compare this to one
of the three cars, Camshaft, Overdrive, Downshift....... Who were 4 robot points and $5 (yes...+$1 shipping). But most kids took the actual Transformer toy rathert than the watch (I certainly did!).
