This is a unproduced 10" tall fully Transformable Gi-Joe / Transformers toy. IT was to be a part of the cross over of Gi-Joe & Transformers that took place in the Marvel Comic series.
The toy itself can transform into a 6 wheeled APC. It can fire foam launching missiles and carry three Gi-Joe figures. A exclusive Gi-Joe figure was to be produced with it, but it was never sculpted. The toy is made of resin and is hand painted. The seats are made of cardboard. It was designed by Takara and presented to Hasbro. Pic. 2
