This is a very interesting piece. This is a hand made and hand drawn prototype for the Autobot Battle Plan Insert. This was the original concept for a special insert for packaged transformers between the years of 1986 and 1990. No other information has surfaced on the piece on the actual dates or the variety that would have been made. The artwork is non transformerish because it is a concept drawing probably made by some guy who had no care for Transformers and just drew some weird ass robots.     When you pull the artwork either to your right or left, it "magically" fills in with color. The backside is actually the battle plan that is to take place. You need a special decoder to decode it (which I do not have).     We are unsure of how many different designs were to be made, as well as Autobot and Decepticon Battle Plans. It is a interesting idea, but it fell short compared to glow in the dark patches & posters, and the very big hit... the decoys.

Thanks to N. Bradley, he has found out what the text is on the ack of the insert. The text is actually in Latin and is text that is often used as space filler to be replaced latter. It is best described by www.loremipsum.net as "Lorem ipsum' is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. It has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s. It has been popularised 'recently' with desktop publishing software and in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing 'lorem ipsum' passages."
