This the Autobot Agent Jazz! Jazz was issued only in 1984-1985 and was also a mail-away premium in 1986 from Hasbro & in 1985 for Cookie Crisp . Jazz is a original series Autobot Car from the cartoon series. His mold was used again for the Japanese Targetmaster Stepper. Here is Jazz MIB in a American style box.
