This is a hand painted hardcopy of Helen from Waterworld. This was the only figure never produced from the Kenner series and the falsely claimed movie bommb, Waterworld! The figure was probably used for Catalog photography and includes a small pistol. A interesting point is the legs seem to be made from Carabalon which was rumored not to be used at Kenner in the 90's.
