This is a very strange piece indeed. It was produced in 1990 by Penn Plax and you could find them at petshops. This Zoid stands 4 inches tall and was placed in your fish tank! The Action Starbird as it was named could soar from the top to the bottom of the tank by itself. I think a few different ones were produced. You can see the cockpit is Zoids, even the gun on the back is taken from Zoids and the whole design is screaming Zoids!
