This is a junior version of the famous Zoid Gojulas. Tomy only produced Gojulas and Iron Kong in Jr form. There are also the MK2 versions and gift set.
The toy itself is plastic, but has die-cast feet. You can apply stickers and he is a bit poseable. Over all a very neat piece.
