Not much is known on the this Blue Water Pullback. We believe like the others the drill was only offered as a prize through the " Punch Box " Store Display from Japan. Only two were offered per a box. When you purchase a Battle Beasts, you punched a hole in the display and grabbed the toy in the slot. You had slim odds, but possible on getting a Drill either with Buster-King or Slag King. But with the few that have appeared being found loose, it will be a matter of time before the community knows.
