This pullback drill was only offered as a prize through the " Punch Box " Store Display from Japan. Only two were offered per a box. When you purchase a Battle Beasts, you punched a hole in the display and grabbed the toy in the slot. You had slim odds, but possible on getting a Drill either with Buster-King or Slag King.
