Not much is known about this set. I believe is from Taiwan, and when it was produced was probably in the early to mid 90's. The box design is extremely nice with Hot Spot's ladder being up. There are differences in weapon color and color of the parts. Groove has gold arms and blue tires! Also notice that Blades has 4 propellers. This is a extremely neat piece.
