This figure was probably copied from a Takara Microman Perceptor which colors are also black. This Perceptor copy was produced in good quality compared to other knock-offs of Transformers and Dialcones/Microman. Even the stickers are of exact quality of Takara's! The reasons why it is fake is because it has no markings, and no Die-Cast parts. On the Diaclone/Microman and Transformer versions, the crotch is Die-Cast. The figure is missing parts. The Shoulder flaps and the Microscope. I do believe a gun and launcher/missiles were also included. This piece is probably from the early 80's.
